These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://work.universities.ng (the “Site”), operated by work.universities.ng (“we”, “us”, or “our”). 2.1 Permitted Use

You may access and use the Site for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes only. You are permitted to read, share links to, and print content from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify the content and you acknowledge work.universities.ng as the source.

2.2 Prohibited Use

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE; (B) THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM USING THE SITE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; (C) ANY ERRORS IN THE SITE WILL BE CORRECTED; OR (D) THE SITE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WORK.UNIVERSITIES.NG, ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES — RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SITE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SITE; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SITE; AND (D) UNAUTHORISED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
